Ilona Eichhorn has 19 years of (international) experience as a coach, trainer, and facilitator. In a fun, lighthearted way, she provides participants with insights into effectively communicating content. She trains clients ranging from municipalities to the European Parliament and from management teams to the boardroom. Recent clients include Deloitte, EY, the Municipality of Rotterdam, the Erasmus Centre for Healthcare Governance, the Academy for Supervisors, the Association of Netherlands Municipalities (VNG), and Xebia. She is also a guest lecturer at Delft University of Technology and Radboud University.
Jan is a trainer with a strong foundation in experiential learning, designing and facilitating leadership and professional development programs across Europe and Asia. Participants value his dynamic facilitation style, and ability to create a supportive learning environment. With corporate experience across global organizations, he brings a target-oriented mindset and a strong understanding of business needs. A native English speaker, he communicates fluently with international audiences. And easily adapts his approach to different learning styles and group dynamics ensuring relevant and effective learning experiences.
