Trainer & Coach

Ilona Eichhorn has 19 years of (international) experience as a coach, trainer, and facilitator. In a fun, lighthearted way, she provides participants with insights into effectively communicating content. She trains clients ranging from municipalities to the European Parliament and from management teams to the boardroom. Recent clients include Deloitte, EY, the Municipality of Rotterdam, the Erasmus Centre for Healthcare Governance, the Academy for Supervisors, the Association of Netherlands Municipalities (VNG), and Xebia. She is also a guest lecturer at Delft University of Technology and Radboud University.
