ImpactAll believes that diverse perspectives lead to better decisions if people possess the right skills, are part of a workable structure, and invest in a constructive culture. From municipalities to the House of Representatives, we help politicians, parties, clerks, and councils realize their goals, ideals, and promises. We do this through training, discussion leadership, and coaching.
An effective politician can engage in both constructive dialogue and sharp debate. In a democracy, election promises only become reality if there’s a majority. Repeating a position endlessly and proving the other party wrong doesn’t build a majority, but leads to endless meetings. Debate isn’t dead, but it is being abused. Unfortunately, politicians’ image isn’t always positive. This is a real shame, because there are many politicians who dedicate themselves wholeheartedly to their communities.
Across the country, from urban to rural areas, ImpactAll provides training to contribute to constructive and expert decision-making. During the training, participants gain insight into how to flexibly switch between different debating styles in a fun and interactive way. The specific format is always discussed in consultation. The following topics are often covered:
Democracy is a cooperation of people fighting each other.

We use concrete cases and recognizable situations. By actively working on the tips, tools, and techniques, they become practical and can be applied immediately in the next meeting.
